The room itself was a nice size and well-equipped and had a fantastic view of the castle and city. The location was comfortable and easy for walking around a compelling museum.

The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast selection and a lovely spa area with impressive views. There were some cleanliness issues in the room, and the front desk staff could be friendlier. A nice experience worth considering for a stay.

Very good breakfast buffet. Definately a 4 star hotel.
In the old jewish ghetto area so not a lot of bars and restaurants close by. A 15 minute walk to Kazimierz, the old Jewish district of Krakow. A 10 minute tram ride to the city centre.

My room was spotlessly clean with coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator. The pool was good and I had good drinks in the lobby bar.
Pity, but the views appeared to be not very nice and the beds were too soft.

Did not get ripped off for food and drink in the hotel. Easy access to the City either on foot or by Tram No3 or No 6.
When sitting outside the river view is obscured by a hedge.

Hotel rooms, foyer and restaurant facilities all very comfortable. Simple minimal decor. Swimming pool jacuzzi, sauna and exercise room all really excellent, breakfast the best in Europe with huge variety of fresh food and lovely coffee etc. Free hotel river boat every hour to take you up river to castle area, or trams very close by to city centre. Hotel will organise trips out of the city using good clean taxis.
The view of the air conditioning system!
